Obverse III220? This coin has the date set near to the neck point. The dies have clashed with apartial incuse G of God from reverse showing next to Liberty head neck. Later clashed die states show filled base of 2.

Reverse C4p? Slightly doubled bottom inside of legend letters towards rim and motto doubled at top. III O mint mark tilted slightly left.
