This coin is a Top 100 Morgan VAM.

11 III2 3 - C3i (O/CC High Shifted Left) (181) I_4 R-4
O mint mark centered and punched over CC. The CC mint mark remains are set high and shifted to the left. The arch of the first C is visible on the left. The second C shows as a spike on O to the lower right. This is apparently the most common of the O/CC varieties. It also comes in an EDS that is misidentifed by several ebay sellers as the VAM 9. One of the best pick up points on the VAM 11 is a die scratch observed by Ash Harrison underneath the I in PLURIBUS and the first wheat stalk.
