Obverse III2 10? Slightly doubled top left and right inside of ear, plus chin and edges of hair above forehead.
Reverse C3b? Vertical die break in the upper part of the eagle?s left wing plus an additional vertical die breaks in upper three leaf clusters in wreath.

The C3b S/S Left reverse is found with VAMs 1890-S VAM-2, 1890-S VAM-26, 1890-S VAM-26A, and 1890-S VAM-29.
VAMs 26A and 29 are later die state and have a die break across the eagles left wing.
