Reverse C3a? Three die gouges or flakes below wreath and above E of ONE, D and L of DOLLAR.
This coin is considered to be one of two key rarities for the 1890-P date, the other being the interesting VAM-25A, VAM-15A extends the VAM-15 tripled ear obverse with gouges from the wreath to the E, D and (first) L in ONE DOLLAR on the reverse. The ear has minor doubling along the inner left side and tripling at the bottom of the lobe.
