22 III25 C3b (Bar Wing, Far Date) (190) I-3 R-6
Reverse C3b - Later die state with die break on top of eagle's right wing showing as a short parallel bar. The 1 in the date is set three denticles to the right as measured from the point of the neck. The edge of the 1 aligns with the left edge of the denticle.
