19A (formerly 5A) III21 C3b (Doubled Reverse, Bar Wing) (190) I-3 R-6
Obverse The 1 in the date is two and a half denticles to the right measured from the point of the neck. The edge of the 1 aligns with the center of the denticle.
Reverse C3b - Die break on top of eagle's right wing showing as a short parallel bar.
