This coin is a Top 100 Morgan VAM.

6 III2 3 - C3a (Doubled 18-9) (181) I-4 R-5
Obverse - The 1 and 8 are strongly doubled at the bottom. 9 in date doubled slightly at top and strongly at bottom inside of lower loop. Sometimes a spike shows below the top crossbar of the 1.
Reverse - Normal

Easily confused with VAM-5, but the doubling here is much stronger.

Fantastic doubling at the bottom of the 18.
