This coin is a Hot 50 Morgan VAM

15 III2 1 C3g (O/O Low, Doubled Legend) (181) I-3 R-4
Reverse C3g - III O mint mark doubled well below the bottom outside. Doubled right wreath and eagle's left wing edge towards rim. F-AMERICA-AR, right star and TRUST strongly doubled towards rim.

The 1888-O VAM-15 has a strongly repunched mint mark with the remains of an underlying O appearing below and slightly right of the strong mint mark. This VAM appears to be quite rare and tough to find in high grades.
