Reverse C3a? Pitted die below eagle?s tail feathers.

This multi-feature VAM variety features a distinctively pitted reverse between the tailfeathers and the wreath bow. The pitting is remarkable due to the larger size of the pitting marks, compared to smaller and more numerous pitting marks for most pitted varieties. The VAM 22A also has a doubled eyelid and doubled left stars.
