Obverse III222? Doubled 1 at top left stronger than VAM-3. Date set further right than normal. Slightly doubled top of Phrygian cap and bottom inside of US UNUM letters towards rim. Raised curved bar in denticles below 8 & 4 that possibly could be top of 8.
