Obverse III2 21 – Entire date is doubled. 1 is doubled slightly below upper crossbar and at bottom. First 8 is doubled on bottom outside and with a short spike between loops on right. Second 8 is doubled slightly on lower left outside of upper loop. 0 is doubled on left inside and slightly on right inside of opening. Left and right stars slightly doubled towards rim.
