This is a Top 30 1878-S Die Variety.

16 II 12- B2o (Die Scratch on Wing, Engraved Wing Feather) (184) I-2 R-4
Obverse II 12- E PLURIB letters in motto doubled on right side and some on bottom. 18-8 doubled slightly on bottom. Number 3 stars doubled on right and left. LIBERTY doubled slightly to left.
Reverse B2o- Vertical scratch through lower part of eagle's right wing. R in TRUST not Broken.
Reverse also used for VAM-28 .
