16 II/I 4 - A1f (Doubled Liberty) (179) I-3 R-4

Obverse II/I 4 - Doubled LIBERTY shifted left. First four stars on left tripled with rest of stars on left and right doubled, some with large shifts. 1 and 7 in date doubled with 1 doubled ob both sides of shaft and 7 doubled at top and left side of crossbar. Some have a spike of metal between loops of first 8 on left side.

Reverse A1f - Doubled lower and left wreath, all of legend, and stars. Three small feathers added on eagle's right and two on eagle's left side between leg and bottom of wing. Eagle's right leg and right wing doubled on outside. Olive branch leaves are doubled on outside.
